I mean, it’s no secret that I’m obsessed with my Instant Pot, but I am not exaggerating when I say that these Baby Back Ribs are delicious!

Like fall off the bone good!

Not to mention, with two little ones two and under, it’s perfect on busy week nights!

The first time that I made these bad boys, I couldn’t believe that in only 25 minutes, I had fall off the bone ribs that tasted just like they came off of the grill.

Look, I know you may be reading this like ‘yeah right!” – and I get it!

I once was skeptical of the magic that is the instant pot, but trust me, this is the recipe that will change your mind!

Not to mention, this is the perfect, easy recipe for the upcoming spring and summer months!

Okay, I’m done hyping it up!

Here’s what you need to try it for yourself:

– Baby Back Ribs

– Rub (ingredients in the recipe)

– Water

– Worchestire Sauce

– Apple Cider Vinegar

-Barbecue Sauce

-Liquid Smoke

The first thing you want to do is wash the ribs and remove the membrane that you can find on the back side of the ribs.

Pat your ribs dry with a paper towel and place them on a foil lined baking sheet.

Next it’s time to add the rub!

After a lot of trial and error, my hubby and I finally came up with the perfect combination of spices to use as our ‘rub’ for these ribs!

And y’all, it’s soooo good!

Plus you probably already have each of these spices already in your pantry.

Once you’ve generously coated your ribs with the rub, add the liquid mixture to the bottom of the instant pot.

Next, put the steam rack inside and place your ribs on top.

Try your best to keep your ribs from touching the liquid at the bottom of the pan!

Cook your ribs on the manual setting for 25mins and allow the steam to naturally release for 10 minutes.

You could always do a quick release, but I found that doing the natural release first keeps the ribs nice and tender.

These ribs were so tender that they broke in half as we pulled them out of the Instant Pot!

The next few steps are crucial to getting that delicious, fresh off of the grill flavor.

First, turn to the broil setting on your oven.

Next, add the liquid smoke to your favorite barbecue sauce and mix well.

Then coat your ribs with the barbecue sauce mixture.

Once your ribs are good and saucy place them in the oven and broil them until you get a nice glaze on top.

Then simply remove from the oven, let them cool for a sec, and prepare to be amazed by how delicious these ribs are!

There you have it!

Mouthwatering, fall off the bone, Baby Back Ribs right in the Instant Pot!

These are always a hit with my family and they go with anything! Making them the perfect go-to meal for busy moms.
