Easy Ground Turkey Curry

- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 lb. ground turkey 93/7
- 1 cup onion finely chopped
- 1-2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 - 1 ½ cup coconut milk lite
- Cooked Quinoa or Rice
- Cilantro optional
Curry Seasoning:
- 1 ½ tsp. curry powder
- ⅛ tsp. cayenne (or ¼ if you like spice)
- 1 tsp. salt to taste
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- ¼ tsp. cumin
- ⅛ tsp. turmeric
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Saute onion in olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium heat for 5-6 minutes, or until onions turn translucent.
- Add garlic and ground turkey. Cook for another 7-10 minutes over medium heat, or until meat is cooked through.
- While meat is cooking whisk together the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
